Shop With A Cop

Started in 1998, Shop with a Cop is a community funded program that allows children of families in need to shop with a police officer during the Christmas holiday season. The event is very spirited. 50 to 100 children are chosen to participate. They received $100 for shopping, a meal at a local restaurant and most importantly, they spend several hours visiting with a law enforcement officer. Many smiling faces are sure to be seen!

This year we held this event on December 17, 2016. We had 70 children and over 40 law enforcement personnel that came out to assist with this event. We had personnel from Coconino County Sheriff's Office, Department of Public Safety, National Park Service, Navajo Police Department, Page Fire Department, Page Police Department Explorers, and the Page Police Department. The Page Police Department is truly grateful for the their partnerships with these agencies.

The Page Police Department would like to thank our generous donors. This entire program would not be possible without their continous support. This program is fully funded by business and individuals in the Page area.
